Doctor blades are an integral part of the roller application systems. Blade gap, due to particle trapping, can affect the quality of the product. The LS-7000 optical micrometer from KEYENCE enables simultaneous measurement of both roller specs and blade gap, and provide outputs when specs are exceeded. Techs & specs.
